WOMAN@WORK is a Ladies Community Network that operates in Jhb South and Alberton area. Woman@work encourages all ladies in our area to attend our BE INPIRED Events and help Make a Difference in our Community.

WOMAN@WORK hosts BE INSPIRED Ladies Networking Events in the Jhb South and Alberton area, where you have the opportunity to gain inspiration and motivation from our guest speakers and life coaches, enjoy a meal, support a charity, be part of a lucky draw and shop in our shopping area. You are also welcome to promote yourself, your product, service and business whilst meeting other women from our community. All women are welcome to attend, members and non-members, family and friends. You can attend with a friend or come along and make new friends and contacts. Most of all, we want you to have fun! Whether you are a working woman, a stay at home mom, wanting to volunteer at a local charity, own your own business or thinking of starting a new hobby or business, we invite you and all women to attend our BE INSPIRED Events!

WOMAN@WORK encourages ladies to use their talents, gifts and abilities to Make a Difference by supporting charities, non-profit organisations and social causes in the Jhb South and Alberton Community. At each BE INSPIRED Event we select a Charity and raise funds and create exposure for this charity via our Pink Piggie Collection. All the charities we have supported over the years are listed under Charities of Choice.

WOMAN@WORK is celebrating 10 years this year and founder Mrs Toni Mackrell would like to share her message and reason for starting this Ladies Network...

“My main goal for starting Woman@work was to encourage ladies to network and inspire them to make a difference by using their talents, gifts and abilities, not just in business or at work, but also in their everyday lives and for their community. Over the past 10 years, I have hosted many Woman@work Events and met hundreds of wonderful ladies that are striving to reach their potential (success), find balance in a busy and competitive world (survival) and looking to find their purpose in life (significance). As women, we “work” everyday at family relationships, work relationships, in our businesses or at our jobs, and many times we feel overwhelmed by our role as women in a busy working world. I started Woman@work to encourage ladies in our Community to work together, by networking and supporting one another, because together we can make a difference in the lives of others, through our work and by what we can do for others if we all do a little something together. As Eleanor Roosevelt says: “Alone we are a drop, together we are an Ocean”.”
